Tips

When the goods arrive in the following three countries for customs clearance, the customs require the goods to be converted to general trade import. The recipient needs to hire a customs clearance agent, and customs release depends on the recipient submitting customs clearance documents. It is recommended that customers confirm the recipient's customs clearance capability at the destination with the sender before leaving the goods, and communicate well with the recipient to avoid the goods being forcibly returned by local customs and causing unnecessary losses.

Ukraine

The parcel service in Ukraine is only available in the following cities:

Kiev，Dnipropetrovsk，Odessa, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mariupol, Lviv，SIMFEROPOL， Other cities do not provide services.

Russia

Russia cannot destroy or abandon any shipment at local customs. If the required clearance documents provided by DHL are not received within 10 days after the shipment arrives, the shipment will be returned to the sender for further processing.

Brazil

All packages sent to Brazil by express delivery must have the recipient's local CNPJ number on the waybill and commercial invoice. The local customs will conduct 100% inspection on imported packages. If the CNPJ number is not indicated on the invoice and waybill as required when the package is shipped, Brazil will automatically return the package to the sender and charge a return fee to the sender.

Tip: Local customs will impose tariffs on packages sent to Brazil regardless of their value and weight.

Compensation standard:

Partial loss, delay or damage will not be compensated; If all goods are lost and the customer has not purchased insurance, compensation will be made based on the declared value of the goods, but the maximum compensation is USD100 per shipment.
