The Southeast Asia Air and Sea Dual Clearance Line is a cross-border logistics solution designed by Mindatoon International Logistics to integrate transportation, customs clearance, last mile delivery, and financial resources from China to ASEAN countries, tailored to the characteristics of different countries and regions. This service adopts an electronic pre clearance mode, greatly reducing the retention rate of packages in the destination country. At the end, it is based on the self built ASEAN overseas warehouse radiating the local last mile delivery network, providing one-stop, full tracking delivery services, and can deliver live products.

Operating specifications

1. Establish orders through online shipping systems through commercial channels; Order information can be uploaded in batches using Excel, or orders can be established through API integration;

2. Try not to bring other irrelevant labels, and it is recommended to stick the label of fragile items;

3. Fill in the order information correctly in English, with detailed item names that cannot be declared using words such as Gift or Sample.
